Yes. All documents are stored encrypted on European servers with ISO 27001 certification. Access is controlled by roles and two-factor authentication.

What legal validity does the digital signature have?

Plain's advanced digital signature (integrated with Signaturit) complies with the eIDAS Regulation and has full legal validity across the European Union.

Can an employee see all company documents?

No. Each employee only has access to their own documents. Managers can see the documents of their team, and HR has full visibility.

From which devices can documents be signed?

Can I migrate documents I already have?
