The contents of plain.ninja, including text, images, graphic design, source code, logos, trademarks, etc., are the exclusive property of PLAIN APP and are protected by current Intellectual and Industrial Property regulations, therefore reproduction, modification, distribution or manipulation thereof is prohibited.
PLAIN APP is the exclusive owner of all intellectual, industrial and related property rights that make up the plain.ninja Platform. Likewise, all rights are reserved in favour of PLAIN APP over any content, services or elements of its property that may be incorporated into plain.ninja, including, by way of example and without limitation, those elements that form the visual appearance, graphic image and other sensory stimuli of the App and the web pages that make up the Website; including, among others, the navigation architecture, source codes, images, recordings, computer programs, databases, technology, logos and distinctive signs.
The USER undertakes not to remove, suppress, alter, manipulate or in any way modify those notes, legends, indications or symbols that either PLAIN APP or the legitimate rights holders incorporate into their properties regarding intellectual or industrial property (such as copyright ©, ® and ™, etc.), the technical protection or identification devices that the content may contain, and/or access, viewing and, where applicable, downloading of content and/or services shall always and in all cases be carried out for strictly personal and non-commercial purposes.
PLAIN APP reserves all rights related to intellectual and industrial property over the elements of the plain.ninja Platform, and does not grant any other licence or authorisation of use other than that expressly detailed in this clause.
PLAIN APP reserves the right to update, modify or remove information contained on plain.ninja, as well as its configuration, features or general conditions, at any time and without prior notice.
PLAIN APP does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in access to and/or use of plain.ninja, nor will it accept any liability for technical problems or failures that occur during the Internet connection. It also does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements that may cause alterations to your computer system or to the electronic documents and files stored on your computer system, and therefore excludes any liability for damages that may be caused as a result.
Regarding information: PLAIN APP accepts no responsibility for the truthfulness, accuracy, adequacy, suitability or currency of the information provided through the Platform. The content is informational in nature, and therefore PLAIN APP is not responsible for decisions taken on the basis thereof, nor for damages caused to the USER or third parties based on information obtained from this Platform.
Service quality: The USER acknowledges awareness of the existence of viruses, worms and other malicious elements on the network. It is the USER's responsibility to have adequate tools for detecting and disinfecting these harmful computer programs, and PLAIN APP is not responsible for damages caused to their computer equipment during access to plain.ninja.
Service availability: Access to plain.ninja requires services and supplies from other information society service providers, whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation are beyond PLAIN APP's control. Consequently, the services provided may be suspended, cancelled or become inaccessible at any time. PLAIN APP is not responsible for damages of any kind resulting from failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the service.
Content accessed through the portal: This Platform allows access to links and other websites ("Linked Sites"). In such cases, PLAIN APP acts as an intermediary service provider in accordance with the LSSICE, and will therefore only be responsible for the content and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that it has actual knowledge of their unlawfulness and has not acted with due diligence to remove such content. PLAIN APP is also not responsible for the content and services offered on the Linked Sites, and therefore accepts no liability for damages caused by their unlawfulness, quality, obsolescence, unavailability, error or uselessness.
Any third-party link to plain.ninja must link to its main page and must have PLAIN APP's prior consent. The USER and, in general, those who intend to establish a link must comply with the conditions detailed below. Any other link request other than that stipulated in this section will require PLAIN APP's prior written acceptance.
The USER may not reproduce or imitate, in whole or in part, the content of plain.ninja, nor its graphic appearance, nor shall they create frames or inline links to PLAIN APP's pages.
No false, inaccurate, incorrect or derogatory statements or indications shall be made regarding the plain.ninja Platform or any of PLAIN APP's properties and, in particular, it shall not be declared or implied that PLAIN APP collaborates or is a partner and/or that in any way it has supervised or assumed any of the content or services offered or made available on the Platform where the link is established.
The Platform on which the link is established shall not contain any trademark, trade name, establishment sign, denomination, logo, slogan or other distinctive signs belonging to PLAIN APP, except for those signs that form part of the link itself or other properties previously licensed in writing by PLAIN APP.

This Legal Notice is governed in all its aspects by Spanish law. For any dispute related to this Platform, Spanish legislation shall apply, with the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain) having jurisdiction.
