Can Plain assign employees to different clients on the same day?

Yes. Plain manages routes and multi-location shifts within the same working day. You can configure an employee to work at two different buildings on the same day, and the system will log the hours per contract independently, with geolocation at each service point.

How are health & safety certifications validated before assigning a shift?

Each service contract can have its own required certifications. Plain automatically validates that the assigned employee holds all current certifications before confirming the shift. If any have expired or are missing, the system blocks the assignment and alerts the manager to find a substitute who meets the requirements.

Can I export hours worked per client for invoicing?

Yes. Plain automatically generates a detailed attendance report per client, with exact hours recorded via geolocation. The report can be exported in PDF or Excel format and is ready to attach to the monthly invoice or for client audits.

Does geolocation work inside buildings?

Plain's geolocation uses the mobile device's GPS and works outdoors and indoors with a good signal. For buildings with weak GPS signal, Plain also offers the option of check-in via QR code or PIN from the client's reception tablet, ensuring an accurate record without relying on GPS signal.
